THE CCW GROUP WORKS WITH COTY FRAGRANCES

Coty Fragrances, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of fragrances, has again elected The CCW Group to be one of its main providers for its back-to-school and Christmas season packaging projects.

CCW first serviced Coty last year, producing in excess of 1.6 million sets during a four-month period. Says Ken Machovec, then manager of outside operations for Coty, “This was the first time CCW has worked with Coty. Our normal experience is that most contractors suffer difficulties in a startup operation as they learn our business. This frequently causes delays, lost work time and extra costs. We were very pleased to find that this was not true of the CCW Group. Their startup was almost flawless. We found them to be very responsive to our needs, especially with regards to last minute changes in plan and direction. They proved themselves to be very flexible and customer oriented, never failing to satisfy our needs. We found all our interactions with CCW personnel to be pleasant and professional. Among the contractors that Coty used for our summer program, The CCW Group had by far the best inventory control, shipping, receiving, and reporting systems. We found their inventory handling procedures to be impeccable. All requested reports were timely and accurate. Overall, I would say that their personnel and systems are exceptional.”

CCW’s ability to manage large production fluctuations is one of the reasons Coty chose CCW again for its back-to-school and Christmas seasons.
